How to Improve

Click on the Item upgrade icon in the bottom panel

The form has 3 tabs

1.Create: For crafting items

2.Upgrade To upgrade items: Place the item in central slot and add the needed gems around it

3. Reforge To reforge an item or lvl increase/decrease

A preview will appear after placing the item with necessary gems...
