Ooi Chong Seong is the President and founder of Legenda Education Team (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with additional than a decade of experience inside the field of higher training, is recognised like a pioneer of personal tertiary training in Malaysia. Prior to the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held several senior management positions, each in personal and community firms and is recognised as a well known member with the company community.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Organization from the Association of Enterprise Executives (“ABE”), United kingdom and Diploma in Advertising from your Chartered Institute of Advertising and marketing (“CIM”), Uk. He is also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution for the state and his revolutionary role in the field of higher education in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also not too long ago awarded the award of the “10 Best Abroad Chinese Entrepreneur” at the China International Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
